Project Background

The client, a private homeowner in Dubai, was building a modern villa and wanted a single supplier for all interior materials — to avoid the complexity of coordinating with dozens of separate factories. They needed European-level quality at a more competitive price point, with a contemporary aesthetic blending marble, wood, and brushed gold accents.

Client Requirements

  • One supplier for kitchen, wardrobes, flooring, lighting, furniture, curtains, and sanitary ware.
  • Materials matching the architect's specified color palette and finish schedule.
  • Factory-direct pricing to stay within the project's FF&E budget.
  • Coordinated shipping in consolidated containers to Jebel Ali Port.
  • Pre-installation samples and production progress updates.

Products & Materials Supplied

  • Italian-style kitchen cabinets with quartz island
  • Full-height walk-in wardrobes in all 5 bedrooms
  • Calacatta gold marble flooring for living areas
  • Custom chandeliers and recessed lighting throughout
  • Bespoke dining table, sofas, and bedroom furniture
  • Motorized curtain systems for floor-to-ceiling windows
  • Wall-hung toilets, freestanding bathtub, and rain showers

Design & Material Strategy

We matched the architect's material board using factory samples sent via courier for approval. Marble slabs were individually photographed and numbered before cutting, ensuring the client could pre-approve the veining pattern. Kitchen cabinets were designed from the architect's CAD drawings with 3D renderings provided for client sign-off before production.
